Storm Relief Customer Support


Effective immediately in support of customers whose vehicles were damaged as a result of Hurricane Irma and/or related Storm Systems or flooding, Toyota is launching a $1000 Customer Support program. This $1000 rebate can be combined with all other offers and must be applied to the deal. While not all areas of SET were equally impacted by the storm, this program is open to all 5 states. 

To qualify, a customer must have sustained damage on their vehicle and provide a verifiable insurance claim or official/verifiable document from their insurance carrier confirming their vehicle was damaged due to storm conditions or flooding that occurred in between 9/6/17 and 9/12/17. The vehicle does NOT have to be traded in and the damaged vehicle does NOT have to be a Toyota. 

To qualify for the SET $1,000 Customer Support Cash Certificate ALL of the following criteria must be met:

Program Dates
New vehicle MUST BE sold, reported, and contracted between September 13, 2017 through October 31, 2017.

Program Vehicles
New and untitled 2017 or 2018 Toyota models

$1,000 Customer Support Program Cash MUST BE applied to the deal

Insurance Claim documentation:
Any customer that shows a copy of their insurance claim form or official verifiable documentation from their carrier indicating their vehicle was damaged or totaled as a result of severe weather or flooding between 9/6/17 and 9/12/17 will qualify for this Customer Support Cash Program.

Only 1 Customer Support Program Certificate can be used per new vehicle transaction.

Offer ONLY available at participating Southeast Toyota Dealers (In Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina).

Complete Customer Support Program Certificate and Insurance Claim/Verifiable documentation MUST BE received no later than December 31, 2017.
